END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE FOR Camelinks Terms of Use

Welcome to Camelinks, available at: https://Camelinks.com ("the Site"). This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your use of the Site, the Camelinks platform, and its content. The terms "Company," "Camelinks," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Camelinks, Inc.

By using this Site, you agree to these contractual Terms of Service and the Company's Privacy Policy, and you consent to receiving required notifications and transacting with us electronically. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Hosting

Camelinks serves as an intermediary platform that connects retailers, advertisers, and other businesses ("Merchants") with individuals who promote, endorse, or advertise products and services, referred to as "Influencers" or "Creators" or "You."

You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process and ensure that your account information remains current at all times. You also agree to continuously update and verify your account details for as long as you use the platform.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you only wish to browse the Site or existing Shops, registration is not required.

Introduction

By using Camelinks as an Influencer, Creator, or Merchant, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

Identity Verification

By using our platform and applying for an account, you represent and warrant that the accounts listed in your application belong to you. You further acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify your identity.

This may include, but is not limited to, government-issued identification, proof of address, or other relevant identification details.

Age Restrictions for Users

Children under 13 years old are prohibited from using this Site, and parents or legal guardians may not agree to these Terms of Service on their behalf. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided or attempted to provide personal information, we will make every effort to remove this information permanently from our records.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use this Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a child aged 13-18, you are fully responsible for their use of the Site, including financial transactions and any legal liabilities they may incur.

Camelinks Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Privacy Policy

Your use of this Site signifies your ongoing consent to the Camelinks Privacy Policy, which you may review at any time by clicking on the "Privacy" link on the Site. Any personal information you provide to Camelinks, along with any information we obtain about your use of the Site, is subject to Camelinks' Privacy Policy as stated on the Site.

Changes to Camelinks

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any content, service, feature, or function on the Camelinks platform at any time, with or without prior notice.

Proper Use of This Site

You may use Camelinks services for personal and lawful purposes only, and your use of the Site must comply with all applicable laws.

You agree that systematic data extraction from the Site without explicit written permission from Camelinks is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not use any program, bot, or automated tool to extract data or gather information from the Site. The following activities are also prohibited:

Screen scraping, database scraping, or any similar activities intended to collect user lists, parts of a database, or any other information from the Site.
Using, framing, or enclosing any trademark, logo, or proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or design) belonging to Camelinks or its affiliates without prior written permission.
Using meta tags or any "hidden text" containing the name or trademarks of Camelinks without our explicit written consent.
Using any device, software, or method to bypass security measures designed to prevent violations of these terms or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure or its hosting server.
Providing false information intentionally to harm the Site or disrupt its operations.
Reverse engineering, disassembling, or decompiling any prototype, software, or system belonging to Camelinks, or any materials or information available through the Site.

Inappropriate Content

We reserve the right to remove any content from the Site at any time if we deem it inappropriate. Determining what constitutes inappropriate content is at the sole discretion of Camelinks. Inappropriate content may include, but is not limited to:

Content directed at children under 13 years old.
content that violates the Child Protection Law in Saudi Arabia, or contravenes advertising regulations and material connection disclosure requirements under relevant Saudi regulations, including the Anti-Cybercrime Law
False or misleading information about any individual or entity.
Product or pricing claims made on behalf of a Merchant without sufficient proof provided by the Merchant or without prior written approval.
Content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory based on:
- Race, color, religion, creed, national origin, gender, age, physical or mental disability, military status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or gender identity.
Content that infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights or content you are not authorized to share.
Content that contains viruses or harms the functionality of the Site.
Sending spam, chain letters, or unsolicited bulk emails.
Promoting, advertising, or soliciting contests, multi-level marketing schemes, Ponzi schemes, or cryptocurrencies.
Using automated scripts or technology to collect information from or contact Camelinks or Site users.
Providing support, whether financial or otherwise, to any individual or entity designated as a terrorist by the relevant Saudi authorities, including the Presidency of State Security, is strictly prohibited.
Disclosing another person's personal identifiable information, such as their name, address, identification number, phone number, email, password, or bank account details.
Violating or encouraging the violation of any local or international law.

Additional Notes

All users—including Merchants, Influencers, and Creators—must comply with these strict terms when using Camelinks. Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Compliance with Regulatory and Advertising Standards

You must comply with all relevant advertising and marketing regulations in the countries where you operate, including disclosure of paid partnerships and affiliate links in accordance with the applicable laws. When promoting a product or brand, you are required to disclose your business relationship with the Merchant or brand to ensure transparency and consumer protection.

Your statements must reflect your honest opinions and experiences with the products or services you promote. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in legal consequences from regulatory authorities, as well as actions taken by Camelinks or Merchants.

By using Camelinks, you take full responsibility for compliance with these regulatory standards and acknowledge any legal consequences that may result from non-compliance.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE FOR Camelinks

Content Revision or Removal

We reserve the absolute right to review, remove, delete, or take down any content, including content posted by influencers, creators, or merchants, at our sole discretion and without any obligation to provide justification or prior notice. You agree to fully cooperate with any content revision or removal requests.

This right applies regardless of whether the content violates our terms or not. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept our authority to make content removal decisions to protect the platform, maintain its operations, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Camelinks.

User Conduct

By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to remove you from the platform if you engage in sending inappropriate or offensive messages.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for all users, including influencers, merchants, and brand partners.

Compliance with Regulatory and Advertising Standards

You must comply with all relevant advertising and marketing regulations in the countries where you operate, including disclosure of paid partnerships and affiliate links as per the applicable standards.

When promoting any product or brand, you are required to clearly disclose your business relationship with the merchant or brand to ensure transparency and consumer protection.

Your statements must reflect your honest opinions and experiences with the products or services you promote. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in legal consequences from regulatory authorities, as well as actions by Camelinks or merchants.

By agreeing to this agreement, you acknowledge and commit to complying with all local and international laws related to advertising disclosures.

By using Camelinks, you take full responsibility for compliance with these regulatory standards and acknowledge any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if we determine that your conduct violates this agreement or harms other users, merchants, or third parties.

Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any reason or no reason at all.

Intellectual Property Rights

Camelinks retains all intellectual property rights related to platform content and technology.

You may not copy, reproduce, or publish any content from the site without prior written consent from Camelinks.

Merchants retain all intellectual property rights over their authorized content, which you are permitted to use under this agreement.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update the Terms of Service at any time.

You can review the latest version of the Terms by clicking the "Terms of Service" link on the website.

Your continued use of the platform after any updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes arising from it will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the Kingdom.

Implementation and Amendments

These terms were last reviewed on March 25, 2025.

التسجيل

عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة أثناء عملية التسجيل، والحفاظ على تحديث معلومات حسابك بشكل مستمر. كما توافق على تحديث بياناتك والتحقق منهاطالما أنك تستخدم المنصة.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابك وكلمة المرور.إذا كنت ترغب فقط في تصفح الموقع أو المتاجر الحالية، فلا حاجة للتسجيل.

مقدمة

باستخدامك لـ Camelinks كمؤثر أو منشئ محتوى أو تاجر، فإنك توافق على شروط هذه الخدمة. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، فيجب عليك الامتناع عن استخدام المنصة.

التحقق من الهوية

عند تقديم طلب للحصول على حساب على منصتنا، فإنك تقر وتضمن أن الحسابات المذكورة في طلبك تعود لك. كما نحتفظ بالحق في طلب معلومات أو مستندات إضافية للتحقق من هويتك، مثلبطاقة هوية حكومية، إثبات العنوان، أو معلومات تعريفية أخرى.

التحقق من الهوية

القيود العمرية للمستخدمين

يُسمح باستخدام خدمات Camelinks لأغراض شخصية ومشروعة فقط، ويجب أن يتوافق استخدامك مع جميع القوانين المعمول بها.

ويُمنع القيام بأي من الأمور التالية:

استخراج البيانات أو استخدامها بشكل منهجي دون إذن كتابي من Camelinks.
استخدام برامج أو أدوات آلية لجمع البيانات من الموقع.
نسخ أو تأطير أو استخدام أي علامة تجارية أو شعار أو محتوى خاص بـ Camelinks أو شركائها دون إذن.
استخدام أي جهاز أو برنامج لتجاوز تدابير الأمان الخاصة بالموقع.
تحميل البنية التحتية للموقع بعبء غير معقول.
تقديم معلومات زائفة بهدف الإضرار بالموقع.
الهندسة العكسية لأي برنامج أو نموذج مملوك لـ Camelinks.

المحتوى غير اللائق

نحتفظ بالحق في إزالة أي محتوى نراه غير مناسب، ويشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

المحتوى الموجه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا.
أي محتوى ينتهك أنظمة حماية الطفل في السعودية أو قوانين الإعلان أو مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية.
معلومات كاذبة أو مضللة عن أفراد أو كيانات.
المطالبات غير الموثقة حول المنتجات.
أي محتوى غير قانوني، مسيء، كاذب، فاحش، مسيء، أو تمييزي.
انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
المحتوى الذي يحتوي على فيروسات.
إرسال الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها (Spam).
الترويج للمسابقات أو التسويق الهرمي أو العملات الرقمية.
دعم أي شخص أو كيان مصنف كإرهابي من قبل السلطات السعودية.
كشف معلومات تعريفية لأي شخص دون إذنه.
انتهاك القوانين المحلية أو الدولية.

ملاحظات إضافية

جميع المستخدمين، سواء تجار أو مؤثرين أو منشئين، ملزمون بالامتثال الصارم لهذه الشروط. وأي مخالفة قد تؤدي إلى تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب بشكل دائم.

الامتثال للأنظمة والإعلانات

يجب الالتزام بجميع الأنظمة المتعلقة بالإعلانات في الدول التي تعمل بها، بما يشملالإفصاح عن الشراكات المدفوعة وروابط التسويق بالعمولة.

يجب أن تعكس تصريحاتك آراءك وتجاربك الحقيقية حول المنتجات.عدم الامتثال قد يؤدي إلى عقوبات قانونية من الجهات المختصة أو إجراءات من Camelinks أو التجار.

تعديل أو إزالة المحتوى

نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في مراجعة أو حذف أي محتوى من المنصة في أي وقت دون تقديم أسباب أو إشعار مسبق. باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على هذا الحق.

سلوك المستخدم

نحتفظ بحق إزالة أي مستخدم يرسل رسائل مسيئة أو غير لائقة.نسعى للحفاظ على بيئة محترمة وشاملة لجميع المستخدمين.

إنهاء الحساب

يجوز لنا، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى المنصة دون إشعار مسبقإذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو ألحقت ضررًا بالآخرين.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية

تحتفظ Camelinks بجميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالمحتوى والتقنية الخاصة بالمنصة. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو إعادة نشر أي محتوى دون موافقة خطية.

ويحتفظ التجار بحقوقهم الفكرية في المحتوى الذي يصرحون باستخدامه.

تغييرات على الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث شروط الخدمة في أي وقت. يمكنك مراجعة النسخة الأحدث عبر رابط"شروط الخدمة" على الموقع.

استمرارك في استخدام المنصة يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

القانون الواجب التطبيق وحل النزاعات

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع يتم حله أمامالمحاكم المختصة داخل المملكة.

التنفيذ والتعديلات
